Can it be done? 20V head on a 2.3 NG?

I think overall, with that compression, the motor would still make more power, and have much better high rpm power.  Problem is, no 20v motor was ever run on CIS, so you have not only the fabrication issues to deal with, but also whether the CIS system is flexible enough to meet the needs of the 20v motor.  My guess would be that overall, you're better off to swap a whole motor with the original fuel management system.
