Type 44 steering rack question

That's kind of funny, in an Audi HaHa kind of way.
Jorgen is one of or the premium rebuilder here.  I've
bought quite a few and they only ask one question.
Old or new?  Or sealing washer or o-ring?  I don't
know why there would be 4 different types.
