Sorry I wasn't clear, on the 4kq the master cylinder is for BOTH the Brake and Clutch. I used this bleeder just for the Clutch. So for me to bleed the clutch I had to attach the Motive bleeder to the Brake reservior which the clutch feeds off. I guess you've never seen the
engine bay of a 4kq. I don't know what the 5kq engine bay looks like so I am no help there.

Nope, that's the VW's (A1's and A2's). This 4kq has been an eye opener for me. My Toyota 4x4 SR5 has a seperate reservoir for the brake and clutch. So I thought the Audi was kinda odd to use one reservoir instead of 2. But hey, maybe its a cost cutting manuver.

Mine too. I changed both my master and slave a few months ago. My friend who works at the Audi recycler in town helped me with it. Real easy, except for the pin that holds the slave in the tranny. Not a bright idea. His 200tq has a bolt with a spring holding the slave in the
tranny. Does yours?

See my comments above.

You know, calling the company would probably answer a lot of your questions on the cap issue.
