There are screws beneath a pry-out cap behind the interior door latch lever
and beneath the pry-off leather cover for the door pull handle.  With those
screws removed, along with the lock knob that screws off and the visible
phillips head screws near the front and rear of the panel at the top, you
gently pry out on the lower perimeter of the panel with something broad
like a putty knife to release some half-dozen plastic snaps.  Then you can
lift and pull out at the same time to remove the panel.
