Cats for 100CSQ

Pet store, my maiden aunt Minnie!  You want a cat?  I'd give you about 40
of the bloomin' varmints.  There is a colony of feral cats around an
apartment building I own and no legal way to get rid of 'em.  Major PITA
for my tenants. :-(
