Typ. 89 bumper removal?

I'm guessing you mean the FRONT bumper?! If so, then it's even easier than
the CGT (minus the accessory crap). Just to the side of each headlight
squirter (if equiped) there are plastic caps on the top of the bumper. Pop
them off and you'll find an allem bolt under each. Loosen these, and remove
the lower front engine sheilding, unplug the fog lights, and it should slide
off. You may not even have to take the bumper off, however. Give the bumper
a quick jab with the palm of your hand, the plastic slides are beveled on
the outside to allow you to pop the bumper back in if this happens (at least
mine are;).
