NC Listers? PA Listers?

Sze,

I'm in NC. Don't you worry about the inspection. If the emissions is OK, and
all the common stuff (brakes, lights, blinkers, horn, etc.) are OK you'll
pass. Also, the emission equipment  needs to at least look stock, i.e., you
can't remove the cat for example.

I don't know about having to do the driving test, but if you do have, it is
also very simple.

Where are you going to be in NC?
