All descriptions I saw were fro US bumpers, they're a little different...

Front bumper: two Allen bolts (8 mm?) from down below, take the two small
grilles out to reach them.
The ends of the bumper slide into clamps on the wings.

Rear bumper: accessible from inside the boot. Ends are again fixed in
clamps on the wings, pull to slide out.

Reinstallation is a little more involved and usually takes two people.
