Yes, that's the mandated Diesel fuel package that the BIG oil companies are
bitching about!
But, you gotta' look at their side.........why produce a cleaner grade
Diesel fuel for automobiles that squeeze fuel mileage in the 40's, when you
can sell cheap gasoline for the guzzling SUV's most 'mericans love to drive.

I believe that the next round of excuse's will come from the automobile
makers:

(1). Nobody likes Diesels.

(2). Diesels's make too much noise.

(3). Diesel's won't start in cold weather.

(4). Diesel's make too much smoke.

(5). Diesel fuel is too expensive.

(6). It cost too much to crash-test a Diesel powered car for the USA market.
