Not exactly the answer to your question but the '93 Audi Poster that I
have hanging in my garage says that the 4.2 V8 auto does 0-60 in 7.3, and
the same year 20V Turbo is 6.2 seconds. From what I heard the 3.6 5-speed
V8 is slightly slower then the 4.2 automatic.
