No start - big help needed

Okay...the saga continues.

Came home...cranked 'er over. She started...but running on MAYBE three
cylinders (or so it sounded/felt like). I let it idle (if you can call it
that) for about 5 min. It's running on all five...but SOOOOOO rough.

I've determined that there is spark at all 5 cylinders (by carefully removing
one spark plug wire and replacing it before moving on to the next).

I've determined that there is no vaccum leak. NORMALLY if I remove the
dipstick while the car is running, it stumbles but doesn't stall...BUT NOW! If
I remove the dipstick it runs for a second and DIES.

Sigh...can an oxygen sensor (dead) really DO all this?? (please oh please oh
please!?!)

Ideas? Thoughts? Flames??
