Brett,
Not sure what you're car is , 200q20v?, but on my simple old '88 100 na
, I could have got a 14mm ring spanner onto it if I had one, but mislaid it.
What I was able to do was to loosen the nuts on the central connector in the
pipe (don't know if your car will have one!) and then having disconnected
the other end from the pump, and the other line and mount from the bomb I
was able to withdraw the bomb from below with the entire line still
connected. Took a bit of twisting of the pipe via the loosened central
connector. After that it was easy to put the old bomb in the vice and use a
snug fitting socket to crack the (quite corroded) bolt.
