Announced this afternoon:

The International Automobile Federation (FIA), has released a statement in
which it was announced that Ferrari and their two drivers have been summoned
to appear before the World Motor Sports Council in Paris on June 26.

Reactions from today's Italian press:

Gazzetta dello Sport - "Ferrari ruin everything".

Corriere dello Sport - "Rubens - paid to lose".

As well as pointing the finger at Todt, Gazzetta dello Sport had some strong
words for Schumacher.
"Michael was the only one who had the strength to oppose a decision that was
insanely unsportsmanlike and unpopular."

Even the Ferrari Club of Maranello expressed disappointment.
Alberto Beccari, (president) said "Above all we are sporting people before
we are Ferrari fans. Todt's choice is not good for the sport. Those four
points are not needed to win the world championship. We feel bitter as
though we had lost,"
