NASCAR is something you have to taste to appreciate. Case in point, our BMW Z3 club goes to Winchester Speedway, the fast true half mile track in the nation, once a year for a club drive. Tony Stewart holds the track record there. Something like 130 mph-ish, going like 160 ish into turn 3. We have a '98 M roadster. I went 100 into turn 3. The suction of my 'you know what' was enough to keep me on the track. I can't even imagine Stewart's speed, not to mention having a pack of cars out there. And, I'm no $%&&y! The calmest I've ever felt was the first time I nav'ed in rally. Really.
