Fuel tank leak 90q

Hi all,
Developed a slight (pinhole?) leak in one (both?) of the steel tubes leading
from the bottom of the tank. The tubes have corroded at the rubber gasket
where the tubes pass through the body.  Can this be fixed without getting a
new tank?  How do I "undo" the filler neck at the body?
