installing awd in a golf ?

Just a pointer, but the Rallye Golfs had a 1.8l 8v
supercharged engine, not a 2l 16v engine.  The super
rare Golf Limited had a 1.8 16v supercharged engine,
but only 70 were ever made.

The Rallye Golf is on the approved NHTSA import list,
, but by the time you've bought one, paid import
duties, gotten it here etc, you'll have paid $15,000.
For a car that's not all that fast and has rather
unobtainable and expensive parts to replace...
