Yes, if you need the 4 banger subframe, you would still need it. The 4ks reference reminded me of the idea to use a fwd Coupe GT as a recipient. It's already so light, I guess.
So, in this scenario, 1.8t to replace a 5 cylinder, does this require an adapter plate or not? :-) Does the 1.8t bolt up to the 5 banger tranny, or just the 4 banger one (if that)?
Does anyone want to help me push my 4ksq into the garage from the side yard? I need to start disassembly for engine swappage. (it's kind of a joke, but I wouldn't refuse help!)
