Sheesh, who came up with the stage I, II and III nomenclature? They
design coffee shop menus now. As far as I've been able to determine,
"stage I" means less restrictive inhalation and exhalation. That alone
gets one to 200hp which, combined with the weight savings on that
forward lever arm, puts one into the reallyStupidGrinZone.
