Wheel question

Is anyone here running AZEVs of any sort?

I need to figure out whether the wheels I have use ball seat or cone
seat lug bolts, wondering if there is an easy way to tell or not. The
guy at CEC wasn't too helpful, kept insisting I take the wheel to the
local CEC dealer, I'd really like to avoid doing that for several
reasons,
anyway....

Once I figure out the proper type of seat, how to determine the proper
lug bolt length?

Also, does anyone know of a good retailer that actually has AZEV Type A
in stock in 17x8 5x112 Audi hubcentric fitment? I found out that CEC has
zero wheels in stock, so I need to find a place outside the US that has
them in stock, apparently AZEV in Germany does not have them either.
