Clutch pedal does not fully return (yes, I searched the archives, but...)

I searched the archives, and for most cases it is the master cylinder.

So, off I went and replaced the MC. It got a bit better, but it still get
stuck.

I pressure bled the clutch twice, to no avail.

The question is: Can it be the slave or the return spring?
