STILL blowing fuses

I'd start by disconnecting the things protected by that fuse.
My first target would be the rear wiper (assuming you have
an Avant). The wires going from the body to the tailgate,
being brittle from age, likely have broken and frayed, possibly
causing a short and thereby blowing the fuse.
