Help! Rough Running after tune-up

Hi all,
I gave my '87 5kcstq a tune-up last weekend (btw, first time doing this), a=
nd changed my spark plugs and air filter.  Now, where it used to idle close=
r to 1000 rpm, it idles no more than 750, sometimes even as low as 500 rpm.=
  When it runs, it runs rough - it'll hesitate, and then run more smoothly =
at a higher rpm.  It only runs rough at lower rpms though.  Any suggestion =
on diagnoses?
