CGT h2o/fuel gauges too low, after voltage stabilizer

Hi Dave,
My concern isn't "trim adjustment" (fine tuning?), I'm trying to ensure that the gauges are sweeping their full range. Currently, they do not go above half under any circumstances, such as a full tank of gas.
I'm going to troubleshoot the senders and the thermostat as Ti suggested.
Thanks,
Ken
