engine cuts out

This just happened to my last week in my 89 200tq.  When coming to a stop some
times the car would die.  This is when the car is coming down to a idle.  I would
have to wait for about 5 minutes unitl it would start again.  I thought it was the ISV
so I cleaned it and thought, well let me check the Michelin Man hose.  There was
a big hole on the bottom of it.   With six wraps of duct tape and some tie wraps  I was
back in business.  I had a extra hose in one of my 75 boxes of spare parts.  Found
it after opening the 14 box.
