it *could* be... some people are incredibly adept with tools. For
instance, a 5 cyl WP/TB can take a very long day for an amateur... yet
someone with certain natural skills can do it in 2 hours easy with no
sign of hurrying (like Nate at the '00 spring clinic)

go the full route for tow reason I can think of right off the bat. 1-
the turbo block will have piston oil squirters, a nice feature, and
2-the turbo block will be set up for oil cooler lines. Oh and also, you
don't mention the head. turbo = sodium cooled exhaust valves, too.

hmmm, not sure I'd want someone whose car isn't working right swapping
an engine into my car... but that's assuming it was his car and that it
wasn't just "passing through"...
