90 100q wot reving problem

This will be much shorter than my last post. When running through the gears
at full throttle the car will struggle from 4000 to redline. If I lift off
the throttle slightly I get power and I can now go back to full throttle to
redline. Has anyone else had this happen. Any suggestions on where to start
looking because there are no codes from the computer. I just did a tune up
hoping to fix this but it didn't help.
