4kq door removal

I dunno, it's always been easy for me... there are four allen head (I
think) bolts, two for each hinge, access is pretty straightforward (oops
sorry for dumb pun) with the door liner off and an extension.  Just be
careful to support and catch the door gently when done.

Easier if you remove the 'clicker' thing first by it's two bolts, I
think.  And of course the wiring and power lock tubes.
