Distributor sources - NA 20v rattle

I'm debating trying to exorcise the infamous distributor rattle from my '90
CQ 20v by changing out the distributor.  I recall there was a group buy
going on not long ago, but I was recovering from some big expenses at the
time and missed out.

Any feedback from other 20v owners who changed out their distributors?

Anyone recommend a source?  I'll be checking my usual - Rod at The Parts
Connection, Adirondack, etc.

Is the removal and refit of the distributor on the NA 20v a do-it-yourselfer
job?
