Stereo buzz suppression & phone mount removal

I just bought a '93 CS90 Q.  The PO replaced the stock stereo with a Rockford
Fosgate CD/Receiver when it died.  Sound quality is quite good, but the RPM
buzz suppression got lost somewhere.  Any advice on suppressors and
installation would be greatly appreciated.  Also, the mobile phone mount
rattles a bit and is obsolete technology at this point.  It's attached by a
piece of sheetmetal that fits in the crack between the wood and the
leatherette on the center console.  Anyone have experience/advice removing
the mount?
