yah, big hammer might work. Another really crude trick is to drive it a
foot or two with the wheel bolted on loosely.
If you can't whack the thing hard enough to remove it (A buddy and I
once pounded the crap out of his MB 230 rotor, with no success, except
that all the dents made it brake better!), bring it to a shop, where
they'll use the flame wrench to break the corrosion holding it to the
hub in no time at all.
Then clean up the hubs and use anti-seize between them and the rotors -
careful not to get any in/on the lug bolt threads, or of course the
rotor/pad surfaces
