Programming Multiple Keys '98 A6 Q

[Joel Osserman Select Transportation]

This is a multi-part message in MIME format.
--
We have a customer who only had one key to her car.
We ordered one master key and successfully programmed and all remote
worked well.
We later ordered another master key.  We use the VAG 1551 (real thing)
and it would not
let tech enter block to erase and start fresh with two new masters.

Ideas/help please.
