Tried judicious application of a kettle of hot water? It works for me
removing both stuck wheels and stuck rotors. A bit more friendly than
smacking it with a hammer too:) Just pour the water carefully over the
rotor and wait a minute then it should just fall off. This has worked
for me even after I had already tried (and failed) brute force and the
hammer approach. Give the hubs a going over with a wire brush after to
clean off any rust that was there.
