Rust on the sunroof, and sunroof only. Metal experts??/

Huw,
I do have very little rust around the holes, exposed metal.
The rust are in a form of very small dots all over the sunroof, close and far
from the holes.
Also, I didn't have any sign of this rust before sealing the sunroof with the
fasteners.
So, based on your observation, I could be stuck in a corner.
At this point I'll try the washers, unless a metal expert comes with a
explanation.
