Coming down to the finish line...

Morning all,

Well, I am coming down to the finish line in getting the 5000s wagon ready
for gov't checks. A new O2 sensor went in last night and that seems to have
helped the idle :-)

While I had the motor idling, I noticed a little smoke coming from the rear
of the head. Upon further inspection, which was a treat in itself!  I saw
oil around the exaust manifold by the rear most bolt. I cannot see where it
is coming from. It is not spraying but almost a small perculating.  It only
seems to happen when warm.

Where do I start looking? Does it sound serious?  Can it be easily
plugged/fixed? Is this normal?
