There is an idler roller on one side of the belt, and the WP is the
adjustable tensioner on the other side of the belt. It makes sense to change
the T-belt, crank & cam seals, WP, idler roller and antifreeze all at the
same time.

I haven't done it yet, but it looks somewhat difficult to me, based on the
Bentley. I rebuild Toyota & Ford diffs frequently, but they are very simple
cast iron units by comparison.

You might get a little more use out of it by cleaning the shredded aluminum
out of the pivot shaft splines. Use an Xacto or sharp O-ring pick to get the
soft metal out of each little spline. Once it is good & clean, reinstall the
wiper arm & torque down good on the nut. This will cut new splines in the
aluminum arm. If it was really worn, you may need to add a washer under the
nut to push the arm down onto the splines farther.
Otherwise, you could get one off any Quantum at the junkyard. Maybe a T43
would also fit, I think they look very similar in the wiper & windshield
area.
