Don't rule out a dead battery yet, until you are certain that the
battery is good.  Try getting yourself a jumpstart from another car.
If the car starts, then your battery is bad.  If it still doesn't
start, then look elsewhere.  Note that it may take a few minutes of
"charge time" from the other car (engine running).
