another antifreeze question

I hope i'm not making anyone mad with all my questions.  I just really like a
"perfect" running car (if there is such a thing).

My question is what antifreeze (Autobahn, from dealer)  or (Pentosin, blue)
would you use for 4000q/vw q syncro?  Also it seems as if its impossible to
get companies to ship me antifreeze since its a haz mat, and I live 5 hrs
from a Dealer or German Auto Parts store.  Any ideas there?
