Source for dealer parts?

Clair and Carlsen are two dealers commonly mentioned on the Audifans
mailing lists as being helpful.  There are a bunch of vendors listed
at:  http://www.audifans.com/parts.html#I     Sometimes, when a non-dealer
supplier doesn't carry a part, they'll suggest that it's a dealer-only
part, but frequently some other non-dealer supplier can provide the part.
