Running problems from a cold start

Hello Guys;
Hi I'm looking for some input on a problem I'm having with my 1988 90Q 2.3.
The problem is that when I start the car for the first time in the
morning(cold start) it runs very poorly. It pops., misses, runs real rough.
Its almost like its not running on all 5cyls or like it has a fouled plug or
bad wire. Its especially bad under any kind of load! It does this for awhile
until it gets warm then it goes away, and runs fine. It only does this for
the 1st morning start. It can sit and be completely cold later in the day
and it will start and run fine.(as long as it has been started earlier)
 I have a few idea of what it might be but I could use some help from you
guys!! Any help Id be extremely grateful for!!!
