I think you might be a little confused.

You cannot "measure" the output impedance of a solid state amplifier
(in the sense that you hook up a multimeter to do it).  That impedance
is only "present" when powered on and is going to be a small fraction
of an ohm.  The load impedance (which is the speaker) is something the
amplifier is designed and rated to drive, and is usually (and nominally)
4 ohms for car amplifiers.  This 4 ohm impedance is of the speaker, not
of the amplifier.
