H&R or Eibach Springs? '90-90Q20V

Both about the same price, Blau says the H&R lowers the car 1.25" and
NOPI says Eibach lowers the car 1.4"... anyone have anything
positive/negative to say about either of them?  I am planning on using
KYB Shocks with this setup...  I also am somewhat looking at the SPAX
lowering kit... its cheap but I understand the ride is harsh...
