basically, yes. There are a handful of 10mm head bolts that fix the
shrouds to the sides of the radiator.
Then it is attached in 3 places with rubber shock mounts - I would
recommend planning on using new ones upon reinstallation.
There is a large one at the center bottom, a small one going to the
little strap at the front inboard end of the rad., and one about halfway
down the outboard side. That side one can just be loosened, as the
mount on the body is a slot, not a hole.
You should replace as much of the cooling system as possible at the same
time, as any old/tired components will tend to fail soon after fixing
the already failed ones.
These might include...
all hoses
thermostat (definitely install new one, easy and cheap)
heater core
water pump
expansion tank and cap
and of course fresh coolant after a good flushing of the system.
You should at least check your records and see how many of these might
be 15 years old.
