(I want) more torque from a NG motor

Cutting off the rivetted-on plate over the dist. nut is not too hard,
with a dremel or very small cut off tool.

It can then be advanced a bit, 15 degrees (from 12) is pretty safe, but
I have not noticed any gains from that one item on my NG (90Q).
