Yeah Javad made 230HP and 252Ft/Lbs at all 4 wheels with a cat installed....
European car did a test on their project VW Fox a long time ago, and after
lots of mods (cam, header, exhaust, throttle body etc.) they tested it on
the dyno with the cat, and then with a test pipe. There was no change in
either torque or HP.
Keep the cat, you won't find any torque or power from removing it unless its
clogged, in which case you should replace it.
