I have it right after the turbo.  I agree with Javad,
think about it, there is no reason anything mixture
related should have to change.  The only thing you
have technically changed, is that there is a turbo and
intercooler in the intake path, both of which mean
nothing to the CIS system.  Finding these little
things that are hooked up wrong is the biggest PITA on
these CIS conversions.  Reset the mixture back to
where it was, and keep plugging away.

Also check that Idle and WOT switch wiring.  The
pinouts on the switches are different.  I had to
change mine two or three times before I firgured out
the right combo, eventhough each time I swore it was
correct based on testing both switches.  The only code
you want to see is 2232 I think, it has to do with the
airflow plate position not matching up with the RPM's
and other stuff.  That's because of the turbo sucking
more air in than normal.  You may even be able to
avoid this if the boost is kept low.
