And while I'm on a role, Audi could implement not just the parts list,
but the service manuals on-line (sorry, Chris Miller).  Same setup
as with the parts list...

Pay an entry fee to get access.  Audi could go with tiered pricing, so
dealers pay more because they use the system more.  And us poor
owners pay a lower fee for that once in a while need.  This would
ensure that everyone gets the latest and greatest procedures. Factory
approved with factory tools, unfortunately.  The key would be to have
the printed pages fit on 8-1/2 x 11 inch (or A4) paper, so you can take
it to the workshop.
