ETKA and Audi

I don't think Audi would ever create a program (ie
etka ordering online) that could essentially compete
with their dealer network.

My wife works for BMW and their dealers are a bunch of
whiners (probably no different than Audi dealers).
Any hint of the company potentially reducing their
profit margins would result in complaints to the field
reps and all kinds of discontentment from them.
