No. The 4KS (fwd) has different front struts than the 4kq, as well
as a completely different rear suspension setup. If you're looking to
upgrade the brakes on your 4KS, it's actually easier due to the 4x100
hubs. Do like I did with my 4K. Go to 10.1" Scirocco 16V front calipers
and rotors (bolt on, no strut change needed, but 14" wheels necessary).
If you're looking for more, you can go to 11" VW front brakes with a
suitable adapter bracket for the front calipers (inquire with RPI
http://www.rpi-equipped.com). If you want to upgrade the rear brakes
to discs, the VW 8.9" discs, stub axle, calipers will bolt on to your
existing suspension beam. You need to fab a little bit of hard brake line.
If you have good tires and a taut suspension (that doesn't dive during
braking), the lighter weight of the fwd 4KS means that with these mods,
you'll have absolutely superb brakes.
Check my site for info on my 4K mods: http://www.amb.org/ti/audi/auti1/
