Here's a page of links to virus removal solutions sorted by antivirus
program providers. Bugbear has been around for a while, I believe.
The Grisoft AVG I've been using for free (thanks to Bob Myers) had a
Bugbear update some time back. I THINK that if you install Grisoft's
program

it will "clean" your system as part of the installation or you can run a
system scan with it and that will do the virus removal.
