5K Odd Hydraulic Leak

It happened to me on the 89 200q within the last year.
From the look of the fluid, I was "sure" it was the
connection you described. I tighten that connection
to the lower hose. And did it again. And all the
connections at the pump. And the hose union again.
The lower hose is leaking and under the high pressures
is spraying out through that foam type jacket as a
mist. If you replace that lower, rubber portion of
hose to the bomb, I "guarantee" your leak will
disappear. BTW, that is one of the cheapest hydraulic
hoses and readily available through Audifans vendors.
